Dental treatment is an investment in ones health and well being. Understanding
that patients have a variety of dental needs, we offer many forms of payment
for dental services:
The Dental Fee Plan (DFP) is designed to assist the patient with payment for
Dental Services. DFP offers payment that fits your individual dental and financial
needs. DFP can help you achieve that healthy smile you have always wanted.
Our practice accepts many types of Dental Insurance Plans. Please call us to let
us know what type of insurance you have. Our trained staff can assist you with
filing insurance claims for dental treatment.
Missed Appointments / Late Cancellations
Your appointment time is a reservation we have set aside just to see you. Not
showing up for an appointment or canceling at the last minute not only cost us,
but you and other patients who could have been seen in the time reserved for
you. Cancellations do occur and we understand that patients will need to
reschedule their appointment. We do request a 24 hour cancellation notice
prior to your appointment so that we may schedule someone who needs an
appointment or has been waiting for one.
